1、冶煉廠加工
1. Smelter processing
鋁錠按成份不一樣分重熔用廢鋁、高純度廢鋁和鋁合金型材錠三種；按樣子和規(guī)格又可分成條錠、圓錠、板錠、T形錠等幾類。鋁是一種銀色金屬材料，在地表中成分僅次氧和硅排到第三位。鋁密度較小，僅為鐵的34.61%、銅的30.33%，因而又稱之為非金屬材料，是世界生產(chǎn)量和使用量?jī)H次鋼材的稀有金屬。

冷軋和熱軋的差別是冷軋是在加工硬化溫度下的軋制，而熱軋是在加工硬化溫度之上的軋制。各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。冷軋主要解決不能熱加強(qiáng)的材料，一般對(duì)表層規(guī)定較高，并且單零箔雙零箔等纖薄的材料也只能用冷軋軋制；而熱軋主要是為冷軋出示胚料，其次很多材料需要有較高的耐蝕性，緩解疲勞、延展性強(qiáng)等這些功能也需要通過熱軋來獲得。

鋁卷整平包裝本質(zhì)上是選用小壓下率（0.3%-3%）的冷軋。整平可改進(jìn)板形，提升板帶的豎直度，根據(jù)調(diào)節(jié)整平的壓下率，能夠讓板熱軋帶鋼的物理性能在一定的范疇內(nèi)有轉(zhuǎn)變。根據(jù)雙擊鼠標(biāo)架或三聲卡機(jī)架整平還能夠完成很大的壓下率，便于制造纖薄的鍍錫板。經(jīng)熱處理后的一般板帶、鍍錫板、汽車板材等都需要進(jìn)行整平。
